A 15-member Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, fiscal oversight, and governance to ensure the organization fulfills its mission and remains financially sustainable. Board members uphold legal and ethical integrity, set policy, hire and evaluate the executive director, and serve as ambassadors and champions of the organization in the community.
